E-link Launches the LNK-AINJ601M Series of 10G Industrial AI Smart Managed PoE Injectors
E-link is proud to announce the release of the LNK-AINJ601M series, a new family of compact, hardened 10G Industrial AI Smart Managed PoE Injectors with Voltage Booster. Available in 30W (PoE+), 60W (PoE++) and 90W (PoE++) models, the series lets engineers connect IEEE 802.3af/at/bt powered devices — such as cameras and access points — to a non-PoE LAN switch over distances up to 100 meters, while adding intelligent management and a wide 9–54V DC input with a built-in boost module.

Every model converts one 10/100/1000M/2.5G/5G/10G Base-T RJ45 port to a PoE PSE port, so a single injector can power a high-bandwidth device without a dedicated PoE switch. Data covers voltage, current, temperature, Ethernet port status and PoE status, while the M90 supports IEEE 802.3bt type 4 (up to 95W) for the most power-hungry loads.
Voltage Booster: Flexible PoE Output From Any DC Input
A built-in voltage booster decouples the input supply from the PoE output. Each injector accepts 9–54V DC through a 2-pin terminal block and still delivers a stable 48V PoE output:

AI Smart Managed Functions
This world-first innovative injector combines the advantages of managed and unmanaged devices. Engineers can monitor device status through multiple methods — mobile APP, PC Web management interface and LED display — without additional test tools.
Real-time monitoring: temperature, voltage, current, system status LED, RJ45 port status, PSE status, PSE active pairs, PSE supply voltage, PSE power consumption, and Pair A/B switch, state and class.
Automation: Scheduled System Reset and PoE Scheduled Restart.
Redundancy: redundant mode with auto-recover; if the destination port of a packet is link-down, the packet is forwarded to the other port of the backup pair.
Easy control: DIP switches for Mode A / Mode B selection, restart PoE, scheduled reset and port PoE scheduled restart.
Rugged, Industrial-Grade Design
Housed in an IP40 aluminum case measuring just 98 x 67 x 46 mm and weighing 300g, the LNK-AINJ601M series works stably under harsh industrial temperatures from -40°C to +75°C. Dual redundant power supplies keep Ethernet running 24×7. The units are DIN-rail mountable and meet ISO9001, CE, FCC Part 15 Class A and RoHS, with full EMI/EMS compliance including 6KV lightning surge protection.

The LNK-AINJ601M60 is recommended with a 75W/1.6A 48VDC power supply, while the LNK-AINJ601M90 pairs with a 120W/48V 2.5A supply (open wire for terminal block; power supply sold separately).
